Rae Mac Gym Wear Website Store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide Rae Mac Gym (RMGW) with the online e-commerce platform that allows RMGW to sell our products and services to you online.
RMGW also operates an In-store and Pop-up Store using the Shopify POS System and abides and is not limited to Terms and Conditions set out below.
By using RMGW website and/or purchasing directly from RMGW In-store/Pop-up Store, you engage in RMGW "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of this site, including without limitation to users who are browsers, vendors, external customers, external Clubs, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
RMGW reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
The customer/user agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by RMGW.
Any new feature or tool which is added to the current store, is also subjected to the Terms of Service. The customer can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.
RMGW reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to the RMGW website.
It is you the customers responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, access to the website or purchase from the In-store/Pop-up Store options, following the posting of any changes, constitutes acceptance of those changes.

RMGW reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check RMGW website periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to RMGW website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
All prices displayed on the RMGW website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment types are limited to those presented at the checkout. Cash is accepted in the In-store / Pop-up Store.
Payment is to be made at the time of website order or at time of purchase in the In-store and/or Pop-up Store options. No garment will be postage prior to payment being processed.
What Size to Order / Purchase?
Please refer to our Measuring / Size Charts page on this website. To correctly fit various garments provided by RMGW, this is the best source of information. The information is regularly updated and caters to all garments manufactured by RMGW.
RMGW can exchange garments that customers have purchased the incorrect size, this does not apply to special orders, custom orders or Club/Team orders.
I need to order a garment listed out of stock.
If you find the perfect garment for you or your child on our website and it is listed "Out of Stock". Please contact RMGW via the Contact us Page on the Website.
RMGW can place that garment on a backorder list and when the garments are manufactured, a notification will be sent that the product is now available to purchase in all our Store options.
For garments that are frequently purchased, training basic leotards, sportie shorties, RMGW has sewing schedules.
Modifications to Prices / Services
All Prices of RMGW garments / products / items listed on the RMGW Website and In-store / Pop-up Store are subject to change without notice.
RMGW reserves the right at any time to modify and/or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof without notice at any time).
RMGW shall not be liable to the customer or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service offered by RMGW.
CLUBS AND TEAMS
The Head Coach or Manager of the Club/Team is the only person to contact and/or have any contact with RMGW. This is to limit the confusion in the order and manufacture process.
When ordering Training or Competitive garments, Clubs/Teams are required, in writing to contact RMGW. NO Order will commence without written confirmation at any time. RMGW will provide the Club/Team with an valid order form and will also provide all further information in the ordering, manufacture and delivery process.
The Club/Team is required to complete the order form and send it through to RMGW with exact corresponding monies for all garments ordered. The order will NOT begin until the all processes have taken place including to but not limited to the Order Form being received and monies have been processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the Club/Team advising them of the current process of their club order.
Delivery times for the Club/Team order will be discussed with the Head Coach or Manager of the Club/Team during the initial contact. If there are any changes to the agreed set-out dates, RMGW will contact the Head Coach or Manager of the Club/Team.
It is also asked of Clubs/Team to give notice of orders and lead times for delivery. A minimum of 12-14 weeks’ notice to RMGW is required for all Clubs/Teams. This is to allow for the purchase of fabric, fabric delivery and the manufacture of large quantity of garments in personalised sizes and styles.

When will I receive my order?
Most items on RMGW website are in-stock and ready to ship.
If the customer wishes to purchase an item out of stock, please use the contact page and RMGW will advise to lead time for any item. At present, RMGW is at an additional two weeks at time of purchase.
RMGW priority is to send our purchased garments within 1-5 days of receipt of purchase, however, during peak times (Christmas, and start of specific Sporting Season, for example, commencement of gymnastic season), this may not be possible. RMGW will contact you directly if there will be a delay in postage of your order.
If you require a garment by a certain date, please contact RMGW immediately. There will be a cost incurred to the customer if an order is needed to be rush through the RMGW manufacturer process. RMGW will provide you with a lead time. Most large / team / club orders will need to contact RMGW in writing, with 12-14 weeks’ notice before garmenting due date.
How much is postage?
RMGW ships all garments using Australia Post. RMGW endeavours to keep postage costs as low as possible but prices are set by Australia Post at the checkout.
Free shipping on all orders, in Australia, over $125.00. (Club orders are excluded from free shipping).
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If I have a problem with my RMGW garment?
RMGW strives to manufacture the best quality garments. If the customer wishes to cancel and/or return RMGW garments, please follow this procedure.
Contact with RMGW, in writing, to discuss all options available as cancellations and/or return to be exchanged need to meet the following conditions:
All returns to be exchanged, must be sent back to RMGW no more than 30 days after receipt of garments by the buyer OR 60 days after shipment of RMGW garments for Clubs.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required along with a completed Return/Exchange form (will be provided when the buyer contacts RMGW).
The customer exchanges will be credited for the full amount of the returned garments.
The customer is CHARGED for new items being shipped. Customer is responsible for all new shipping charges incurred.
- Clubs must call RMGW for a Return Form prior to shipping any garments being sent back to RMGW.
- Returns on personalised products or Club garments can ONLY be returned for exchange, if the product has a Manufacturing Defect. As these garments are made to measure or specific Club requirements. Please contact RMGW staff immediately.
- All potential Quality or Manufacturing defect issues must call RMGW for a Return Form prior to returning/shipping goods. RMGW will NOT accept returns on defective goods beyond four (4) months from the date of receipt of goods.
You can only return your RMGW garments if they are in original condition. Meaning they have NOT been worn and/or laundered and must have all hang tags and sewn in tags attached in their original position and condition.
Trying on the garment for fitting is acceptable.
For an item to be repaired it must meet a list of requirements. That the garment has not had ill use, and it is a manufacturing default that has caused the need for a repair. (for example, seam has come apart after minimal use).
Items returned for repair must be washed or a $10.00 laundering fee will be charged for garment needing repairs.
NO shipping fee will be charged to the customer for return shipping for a RMGW garment that needed repairs.
I need to cancel my order.
Since here at Rae Mac all garments listed on the website (other than Clubs and Teams) are in stock and ready for ship, it cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched. Please contact RMGW with your order number as soon as possible, to ascertain the status of your order in the order process.
All Clubs, Teams and special-order garments that a set to be manufactured per Club/Team requirements, any changes and cancellations can be made only if the order has not begun. Once manufacturing has commenced it cannot be cancelled. Please contact RMGW with your order number immediately if you require any changes or alterations to original orders.
How to care for my garment?
Please read the care tags carefully and follow the directions provided. We recommend washing your Rae Mac Gym Wear garments by hand in cold water with a mild detergent and hanging to dry.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either by the customer or RMGW. The customer many terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying RMGW that you (the customer) no longer wish to use RMGW Services, or when you cease using RMGW website.
If in RMGW sole judgement you fail, or RMGW suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, RMGW also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or part thereof)
The failure of RMGW to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by RMGW on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and RMGW and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and RMGW (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
